Twice The Love --A Baby Shower for TWINS!

My girlfriend at work is having twin girls!
We are all so excited and have loved watching her belly grow!

We threw her and awesome baby shower after work yesterday.
The theme was "Double"

Here are some details that I did!

I made Double cupcakes
---strawberry and vanilla---
pink and green carriages to match her bedding

I made the banner and the onesies hanging from it too!

Up close of the hanging onesies (the babies monogram!)

We got her car seats and put all the burp cloths and onesies that I made

The adorable diaper centerpieces!! We had poems and toys all around them too

It was such a fun fun shower!!!! I loved creating for this special afternoon!
And of course, I can't wait to meet those little girls!

57 Pencil Pouches!!!!!!

I got my first HUGE order!

A few weeks ago, I got a call from the UCF AEPhi's....where my little sis goes to college.
(I am also an alumni of AEPhi) and they loved my pencil pouches
and wanted me to make some more! (57 to be exact!)

So off I went to the fabric store and emailed them a bunch of different fabrics....
they selected and I began to sew, sew, sew!

It took me 2 weeks (and lots of other orders in between!), but I finished all 57 pencil pouches!

I will mail them off tomorrow and I can't wait to hear their reactions!!!

Keepin' My Ears Warm

Knowing that I was going to visit my sister-in-law and her crew in MO
---and going tubing!---
I made myself something to keep my ears warm.

You can wear them over your hair...

I wore mine under my hair, but this shows how it wraps around your head...

This is how I wore mine!

Monogrammed Hair Bow

My goddaughter wanted me to make her a hair bow with her monogram on it
(okay, her mom asked too!)

I attached a clip on the back to hold her hair

It turned out really cute!

Baby Bloomers!

I did it! I FINALLLY made some bloomers!

I made these for Marin and her photo shoot---won't it be adorable with her tutu???

They turned out so adorable that I am going to make her a bunch more. Her mommy brought me these first ones and has already been to the store to get some more.

(Sorry I can't get the picture to turn...but you get the idea)

ADORABLE!!! I can't wait to see her in these bloomers

I can personalize the bloomers however you want :)

Tu-Tu Cute!

I have been wanting to try making a Tutu for some time now
and just never had anyone to make it for!

Well, my new baby girl model (aka Marin) needed a tutu for her first family pictures....
so I scooped up the opportunity to practice.

It turned out better than I could have DREAMED!!!
Thanks to my wonderful husband for helping me when I needed an extra set of hands!

I made this one out of Purple tulle and did 3 layers...
but I can make a tutu in any color and any size!

A Few GIRLY Items...and more to come!!!

This weekend I set out to make some "girly" items for my friends that just had little girls
and the ones that are about to have little girls.

I had so much fun crafting and creating!!! If you like anything...please let me know! I am happy to customize and create just for you!! (In the store these things are way overpriced!)

Couldn't figure out how to flip this!
BUT this is Bow Holder that hangs on the wall and you clip hair bows to it!
I love it with the flower on top---however it can have the letter of the little girl instead!
PRECIOUS!
My mom still has mine from when I was little!

Sweet hat with big flower
And sweet Marin to model it!!!

Headband!
Marin LOVED this one! So soft!

Cupcake Carriages

I forgot to post that I made these cupcake carriages
a few weeks ago for a good friend's baby shower!
